What price do you want to start at?

Do you have a preference for Title & Escrow OR can I select the company I have a good relationship with? (I used Jessica Jackman at Benton Franklin Title & Escrow in Kennewick).

Would you like to offer compensation to a buyers agent upfront OR would you prefer to let the buyer make an offer once they write an offer? (most buyers will ask for 2.5-3%)

Would you be open to me allowing a coworker to host an open house on Sundays (on my day off) or whenever I am not able to host? (open houses are good to guage buyer activity and get feedback).

Please list/describe all the features about the home, appliances, home systems, property, outbuildings, animals pens, the shop or anything else that I didn't arleady include.

Are there any steps coming into the house from the garage?

The previous listing states the refrigerator has a Keurig attachment/dispenser and there is a steamer on one of the appliances? Is this accurate?

The previous listing says the master bathroom has heated floors. Is this correct?

The previous listing says it was rebuilt from the studs using ICF construction, is this correct?

Do you have a heat pump system for the home?

Is there anything I need to exclude from the listing? (I did not include the fridge or the W&D). Typically it's things like attached shelving, cabinets, plants, etc. If something is permanently attached to a building or the ground, it's technically part of the sale.

Is the irrigation water connected to all the UGS sprinklers? Are they on a timer?
