About Us
Owner
- My name is Kellen Belew. I have been a real estate agent in the Tri-Cities since 2014. I started In The Light Homes in 2021 and obtained my general contractors license in 2024. My real estate business operates under Jeff Smart at "HomeSmart Elite Brokers". I am happily married with 5 amazing kids and spend most of my free time doing family friendly activities. I love being outside, meeting new people, doing all sorts of physical activities, and being actively involved in the church. We are members at Grace Church in Pasco which meets at Rey Reynolds Middle School on Sundays. I'm available 6 days a week, Sunday is my day off. I do have real estate co-workers who are available to work on Sunday.

Client Acquisition & Managing Steward
- My name is Erik Vargas. I hold a bachelors in Business Administration from Ashford University. I work as the managing steward for the contracting division of In The Light homes. I have past work experience meeting with customers, project assessments, scope of work proposals, customer estimates, employee scheduling, employee acquisition and retention, equipment operations and OSHA certified safety inspector.

- My name is Levi. I am being trained in various construction skills with the purpose of owning my own construction company.
