About The Owner

- My name is Kellen Belew. I have been a real estate agent in the Tri-Cities since 2014. I started In The Light Homes in 2021 and obtained my general contractors license in 2024. My real estate business operates under Jeff Smart at "HomeSmart Elite Brokers". ​I am happily married with 5 amazing kids and spend most of my free time doing family friendly activities. I love being outside, meeting new people, doing all sorts of physical activities, and being actively involved in the church. We are members at Grace Church in Pasco which meets at Rey Reynolds Middle School on Sundays. I'm available 6 days a week, Sunday is my day off. I do have real estate co-workers available to work on Sunday.
