Our Services

Pricing
- The main focus of our real estate service is to provide accurate pricing to property owners in the Tri-Cities. Whether you own a home, land or a multi-family unit, we will price out your property and provide you with a comprehensive report that proves and substantiates all of our presented findings. We provide pricing to sellers for free (even for those who want to sell "for sale by owner"), with no pressure or obligation to hire us, because we believe in earning your business. The number one factor in whether or not your property will sell, how quickly it will sell, and if you should anticipate multiple offers is the listing price, and this is why we focus on pricing.

Walk Throughs
- In order to accurately determine the value of a property, there are a number of factors that need to be evaluated in person (e.g. "condition, features, quality, finish, layout, appeal, etc"). The first step in the pricing process is to allow us to walk through the property. If you aren't quite ready for that, but you still want some pricing, we can provide you with general numbers, but it won't be precise. Another benefit to having us walk through the property is that we can provide you with a list of recommendations to best prepare your home for the market.

Property Preparation

- Preparing your property for the market is the second most important factor in getting it sold. Each property is unique and needs to be prepared and marketed accordingly. This is the reason why walk throughs are essential. We will provide you with a list of recommended modifications and the potential benefits of such.

Photos
- In today's world of technology, online photos are going to be the first encounter that a potential buyer has with your property. Thus, it's important to have the best pictures you can when it hits the market. We partner with professional photographers to capture the best quality photos of your property.

Continuous Research

- One of the unfortunate realities of living in this world is that people will often do the bare minimum in order to complete a task, and the real estate industry is not without this problem. Our goal is to continuously work on your behalf throughout the entire process, from the beginning to the end. Even to the point of verifying that other agents and parties are fulfilling their duties. There are multiple moving parts in every real estate transaction, and it's easy for something to get overlooked, missed or neglected. So, our job as your agent is to constantly be verifying that all the moving parts are functioning properly. When agents fail to do this, transactions can get delayed, or even worse, they can fall apart. However, when your agent is continuously working on your behalf, it doesn't have to be this way. Jesus commands his people to do everything to his glory (1 Cor 10:31). One of the ways we apply this in business, is by going above and beyond what is required or expected of us. We aren't just working to please you as our client, we are working to please God.

Negotiations

- We believe that anyone has the ability to negotiate, but not everyone is willing to do it. For the majority of people, negotiating is an uncomfortable human interaction, one in which most people prefer to avoid. As your representative, we will ask the questions that need to be asked and say the things the things that need to be said. We are inspired by the words of Jesus, who said, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you..." (Matthew 7:7). Although the context of this passage has nothing to do with business, we believe the principle of asking, seeking and knocking most definitely applies to business, because the most common reason that negotiations aren't successful is because they never occurred in the first place. In addition, being an effective negotiator goes beyond just being willing to ask or say hard things. Our negotiation style incorporates a mixture of respect for the other party, integrity in what we present, wisdom in how we word things, kindness in our tone, and knowledge in what we speak about.
