Siding Patch
This job consisted of removing a damaged piece of siding and custom fitting a new piece of matching siding in it's place, caulking all the nail heads and then painting.

Siding Patch
This job consisted of replacing the damaged bottom plate, cutting out the damaged siding, adding new siding, and using a custom paint match so the new siding matches the existing siding.

(Patio Column Patch)
The trim on these patio column columns had begun to deteriorate on the bottom edge due to water overspray from the sprinklers. We cut about 6" of trim around the bottom of the column, cleaned up the area, cut new pieces of trim at 45º to piece together well. We then caulked and painted the entire column to have a nice matching paint finish.

Plumbing Repair Patch
This job consisted of covering up a wall that had a plumbing repair. A custom cut piece of corrugated plastic was used to cover over the hole using wall anchors with black washers for somewhat of an aesthetic appeal (despite it being a budget friendly fix). The goal was to cover the hole so that the home could pass the appraisal and that they would have access for future plumbing repairs.

(AC Removal Patch)
This job consisted of removing a wall mounted AC, patching the interior and exterior wall, and leaving it in a primed condition ready for the customer to paint. The interior texture style was a roll on finish. Due to the age of the siding, we had to complete a custom modification in order to match it the existing siding. The goal of the customer was to have a cost effective patch rather than spending money on matching the siding since it would eventually be fully replaced.
