- Home Fund It is a program for first time home buyers (those who haven't owned a home in the past 3 years) to get matching funds for their down payment from friends/family, the lender and the real estate agent.

Requirements

1. Complete a 1 hour education class.

2. Create your personalized online portal.

3. Share with your friends, family or anyone!

Lender Match

- Partnering Lender Hayden Nelson with CMG Home Loans will match up to $2,000.

Real Estate Agent Match

- Kellen Belew with In The Home Homes will also match up to $2,000 at closing.
