Can I open up a preliminary title report with Jessica Jackman at Benton Franklin Title & Escrow (there is no fee for this) or do you have another company you want to work with?

Are you the only one one legally required to sign in order to sell the property?

Are you still going to be gone during June 14th - July 6th? Are there any other dates where you might have more difficulty signing documents or discussing potential offers?

I'd like to replace all the wood style blinds to a white style. There are 7 blinds inside the home and 1 in the garage. The blinds would cost about $800 plus tax. I can split the cost 50-50 with you. If you reimburse me at closing for materials, I can install the new ones at no charge for labor. Let me know if you are interested? I will try to sell the existing blinds if I can.

I'd like to replace all the light bulbs in the house so they match. I will pay for 100% of the cost of light bulbs and no charge for labor. This is usually $200-$400 per home. Let me know if you are okay with this?

After I do the initial yard cleaning for photos. Do you have anyone scheduled to spray for weeds in the rock beds on any consistent schedule?

I'd like to paint the accent wall in the living room and above the pantry (both are dark purple). I will do this free of charge and paint it the same color as the walls. Are you okay with this?
