Remodel

We performed the following work: New Windows, Interior Paint, Exterior Paint, New 4" base trim, all interior doors/cabinets sprayed white, new pad/carpet, new epoxy sink, siding repair, extensive yard cleanup and other minor repairs. Our contracting business intentionally took about a $2,000 loss on the total job as an act of going above and beyond preparing this home for the market. On the real estate state, we received a typical 2.5% compensation.
