Outdoor Carpet Patch

Customer requested the replacement of two rotten areas of subfloor underneath the outdoor carpet within a covered patio area. The existing outdoor carpet was removed and two sections of subfloor were replaced. The customer provided a roll of the original material to install. The existing material had been bleached by the sun and did not match the original roll, but the purpose of the customer was to have a functioning covered patio that could pass an appraisal so that the home could close.
