Roof Repairs

Customer reported damaged rubber on the pipe vent flashing and was looking for an inexpensive solution since the roof will eventually need to be fully replaced in the next few years. We cleaned up the existing metal, caulking around the gap, wrapped the bent with Vycor, slipped over a new rubber roof collar and caulked around the top.
