Plastic to Metal Vents

Customer requested that all the cracked plastic roof vents get replaced to metal.

Roof Shingle Patch

Customer reported a leak into the 2nd story ceiling. We found multiple shingles missing with a small hole in the felt paper. New felt paper was install over the hole and new shingles were installed as needed.

Pipe Flashing Repair

Customer reported damaged rubber on the pipe vent flashing and was looking for an inexpensive solution since the roof will eventually need to be fully replaced in the next few years. We cleaned up the existing metal, caulked around the gap, wrapped the bottom of the pipe with Vycor, slipped over a new rubber roof collar and caulked around the top.
